Tiny corner store with the best hopias! Call ahead to place an order because they always run out. Bring someone with you to stay in the car because parking is hard to find.

CASH ONLY. Best Hopia and puto IMHO. Mom and daughters small operations with word of mouth reputation. Yes, it's challenging ordering by phone specially with big orders so dropping by might be a good idea. And if you come early in the morning and don't have a big order you will be able to get what you want.

Received a gift from cousins from San Fran. Loved loved loved the hopia. So good and flaky and just the right sweetness and surprisingly because I was given several boxes the hopia stayed just as fresh looking and tasting as when I got it! . Too bad they don't ship. This is our go to spot for hopia and other Filipino desserts! We decided to grab a plate on New Years Eve and got the combination 25/25 White Puto and Kutsinta for around $20. RATING: Hopia > Puto > Kutsinta

Great small place for Filipino desserts, and I've been a customer for a very long while now. Make sure to bring cash since the place does not take cards. Also, you will have to circle around for parking since this place is concentrated in the neighborhood.

Unforgettable! Boutique hopia place. Hopia was flaky and yellow mong beans was silky. We bought several dozens. Placed individually in cupcake cups and a beautiful pink box. Presentable gift to family and friends. Everyone I gave the hopia was raving about it and want more. The place is very clean.

The hopia is to die for!!! Good luck trying to get a hold of them. I gave it a 4 because I can never get a hold of anyone and it's closed when I go to the actual store. Hours need to be updated on line or have some type of updated sign with actual store hours...Or you can always hire me to answer all calls and take orders and pay me in hopia.. Lol

Cash only! This is one of the best Filipino bakeries that I have been to. There is such a large selection to choose from! My family has been visiting here for years now and I'm glad that they are still in business. Please note that parking here is extremely hectic so you may need an extra person to go with you to keep the car going around the block as you make your purchases.
